Free UK delivery on orders over £60. Standard UK delivery 2 to 4 working days. Discount codes don’t stack, only one applies per order.

Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with tags on, in the original packaging. Our tees run oversized, so check the size guide on the product page before you order if you are between two sizes.

You cover the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case we cover it. Please request a return before sending anything back, as we cannot accept parcels that arrive unannounced.

How to start a return

Sign in at account.thatonestudio.co.uk, find the order, and request a return. You will need the email address you ordered with; we send a code to sign in, so there is no password to remember.

If anything goes wrong, or the tee arrived faulty, email support@thatonestudio.co.uk and we will sort it directly.
